COMPETITIVE SALARIES AND BONUSES
Annual reviews and salary increases are held every June for all employees. All employees are eligible for the 401(k) program after one year; we also offer a deferral matching program. The firm also offers a discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
COMMITMENT TO FAMILIES
PBTK pays 65 percent of the health insurance costs of the employee and their family. In addition, select employees have negotiated flexible work schedules. We also do annual firm events where families are invited, like picnics, dinners or professional sporting events.

From their first day, each team member is assigned a new high-speed computer with dual monitors. PBTK provides in-office wireless connectivity for all employee and guest devices. New equipment and software are constantly being upgraded or improved, including group hotspots, wireless printers and scanners for field use.

MENTORING AND DIRECT ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT
Our Career Counseling and annual review programs are an integrated process to help you develop your technical skills and achieve your professional goals. You can choose and/or periodically change your Career Counselor. In addition to this designated counselor, with our open door policy, you always have direct access to the Principals of the firm. They will take the time to answer your questions and provide you with feedback and guidance.
